- Remove one of the plastic containers from the package.
- Collect your first morning urine.
- Unwrap the test card and put it into the urine.
- After 5 minutes, take the test card out of the urine and compare the colour reaction in the test chamber with the reference colour chart printed on the card.
- Colour changes are already visible after 2-3 minutes. The test results are definitive after 5 minutes.
- Should there be any doubts concerning the result, perform a second test the next morning.
- The colour reaction for Leukocytes and Nitrite remains stable for 24 hours.
